1. Accepting the Terms
By registering for an account, browsing our catalog, or purchasing items, you signify your full agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept all clauses, you must immediately terminate use of our platform.
2. Eligibility and User Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old or under parental guidance to order products or register accounts.
- You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your OTPs, passwords, and security tokens.
- Any order placed through your authorized mobile number and verified OTP is considered legally authorized by you.
3. Local Vendor Fulfillment & Prices
24basket operates as a quick-commerce marketplace connecting consumers with independent local merchants in Jaipur. Please note:
- Product quality, description, packaging, and raw catalog data are managed directly by listing vendors.
- While we enforce strict catalog policies, final item availability and weight variants are subject to local merchant stock limits.
- All prices displayed are inclusive of taxes unless specified otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated dynamically at checkout.
4. Delivery & Cancellation Policies
- Delivery Commitment: We aim to dispatch and deliver your package within 24 hours of placement. Live tracking updates are shown inside your user dashboard.
- Cancellations: You can cancel an order within 10 minutes of confirmation. Once the local vendor has packaged the goods or the delivery rider has picked up the order, cancellations are disabled.
- Returns & Refunds: Damaged fresh fruits or open grocery goods can be reported to support@24basket.com within 2 hours of delivery for partial wallet refunds or redeliveries.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand graphics, logos, illustrations, design interfaces, algorithms, databases, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of 24basket Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by international trademark and copyright laws.
