Orders & Delivery
How fast is delivery on 24basket?+
Most orders inside Jaipur are delivered in 10 minutes from the nearest 24basket dark-store. During peak hours or heavy rain the promise stretches to 15–20 minutes — the live ETA on your order screen is always the source of truth.
Which areas of Jaipur do you deliver to?+
We currently cover 50 neighbourhoods including Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar, Malviya Nagar, C-Scheme, Raja Park, Vidyadhar Nagar, Jagatpura, Sodala, Tonk Road, Jhotwara, Bani Park and Pratap Nagar. If your pincode doesn't show as serviceable, leave us your number on the home screen and we'll ping you when we go live.
Is there a minimum order value?+
No minimum order. A pack of bread, a litre of milk, even a single matchbox — we will deliver it.
Do you charge delivery fees?+
Standard delivery is ₹15 for orders below ₹149. Free delivery on every order above ₹149. Surge pricing is never applied on essentials.
Can I schedule an order for later?+
Scheduling is rolling out shortly. For now, every order on 24basket is express — placed and delivered in the same window.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI (all apps), credit & debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. UPI is the fastest at checkout — most orders go through in under 4 seconds.
Is Cash on Delivery available on every order?+
COD is available on orders up to ₹2,000. For larger baskets, we ask for online payment to keep the rider's float small.
My payment was deducted but the order did not place — what now?+
Failed-but-debited UPI/card payments auto-reverse within 5 banking days. If you do not see the refund by then, write to support@24basket.com with the transaction reference and we will chase the gateway with you.
Refunds & Returns
What if an item is missing from my order?+
Raise a missing-item complaint from the order screen within 2 hours of delivery. The amount is refunded to your original payment method within 24 hours, or instantly to your 24basket Wallet.
Can I return fresh produce or dairy?+
Yes — perishables (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, meat) qualify for an instant replacement or refund if you flag a quality issue within 2 hours of delivery. See our full policy at /returns.
How fast do refunds reach me?+
Wallet refunds: instant. UPI: within 24 hours. Cards / net banking: 3–5 banking days depending on your bank.
Account & App
I am not getting the OTP on WhatsApp — what do I do?+
Make sure you have an active internet connection and that WhatsApp is installed on the number you entered. If it still doesn't arrive in 60 seconds, tap Resend. Persistent issues? Write to support@24basket.com with the number and time stamp.
Can I change the phone number on my account?+
Number changes are handled by support to protect your account. Email us from your registered ID at support@24basket.com and we will move your order history and 24basket Cash balance over to the new number.
How do I delete my account?+
You can request deletion from Profile → Settings → Delete account, or by emailing support@24basket.com. We retain order records for the legally required period and purge everything else within 30 days.
