We pick, pack and deliver in under 10 minutes — so when something does slip through, the fix should be just as quick. Here's exactly how it works.

Easy 2-hour return on perishables

Found something off with the milk, paneer or bhindi? Raise it inside 2 hours and we replace or refund — no questions.

What you can return

Fresh produce, dairy, bakery, meat

Quality issues (spoilage, foul smell, broken seal) — raise within 2 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Atta, rice, dals, masalas

Wrong item, weight short, or pack damaged — raise within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Packaged snacks, beverages, cold drinks

Expired stock, missing item, or leaking pack — refund or replacement within 24 hours.

Personal care, home & cleaning

Sealed packs in original condition can be returned within 48 hours of delivery for a refund.

What we can't take back

  • ×Items where the seal has been broken or the pack opened (except quality complaints raised within the window).
  • ×Items reported more than 24–48 hours after delivery, depending on category.
  • ×Loose-weight produce already part-consumed.
  • ×Promotional / free items received as part of a combo cannot be returned independently.

How to raise a return

    Open the order

    Go to Profile → My Orders → tap the order you want help with.

  2. 2

    Raise a request

    Tap “Need help” → pick the item and the reason (missing, damaged, wrong, quality).

  3. 3

    Add a photo

    For quality complaints, attach a quick photo. Speeds up the resolution.

  4. 4

    We respond

    Most requests are resolved within 30 minutes — refund to wallet, UPI or card.

Wallet refunds are credited instantly and can be used on your next order. For bank-account refunds, the bank's own clearing window applies.
